He brings his extensive senior executive track record as the former CEO of Kindred Healthcare's $2.3 Bn nursing division composed of 224 senior nursing facilities, 22 hospital-based subacute units and 6 assisted living facilities in 28 states with 29,000 employees. Priorly, he held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer for Savaseniorcare, a $2.1 billion revenue company owning and operating 215 senior care facilities in 21 states with 23'000 employees. He was also the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Life Care Centers of America, where he managed all operational aspects for 200 plus skilled nursing facilities.
In addition, Mr. Bowen remained an active board member and eventually became the Vice President of the American Healthcare Association encompassing 15,000 facilities. This involvement being instrumental in policy development, reimbursement venues and employee engagement governing the Post-Acute world. He holds a physical therapy degree from the university of Utah with a passion for driving patient care options in varied settings through value-based propositions while providing a reasonable return to shareholders.

At the time, the company served over 100,000 patients a day with approximately 4,000+ new admissions a week, with over 12,000 clinicians in 38 States within 260 locations, generating $1.8-2 bn in combined revenues and profit estimated over $480 million.
She is a well-recognized Executive and Registered Nurse, who has been a key figure in healthcare with the majority of time in the post-acute care space as a senior leader. Her experience covers all facets of healthcare and services including product launch, e.g., large-scale rollout of new technology and platforms.
